OUR classes


60-minute group class where your coach will take you through a group warm-up, strength and/or skill work, as well as the workout of the day, all while being coached on proper technique. Our workouts are constantly varied and rarely repeated. They’re designed so you’re never bored, constantly improving, and getting outside of your comfort zone… and loving every minute!

Body Composition

60-minute group class led by your coach. These classes are for those who want to look good and move well! Workouts involve unconventional strength and accessory lifts, with a specific body area focus each day, and light to moderate cardio work mixed in between. The movements we use build strength, coordination and balance, eliciting lots of core strength, often performed at a slow and controlled pace.

Kids Class

45- to 60-minute group class focused on strength, agility, and conditioning (ages 6 to 13 years old). Classes start with a warm-up and discussion about important mindset principles that apply to life, both in and out of the gym. Coaches lead the class through skill work, a workout, and an active game at the end, helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness while keeping fun and proper form as the priority.
