Our memberships are month-to-month. A membership may be terminated, without penalty, if notice is emailed to us, by the member, no more than fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date. Nutrition Memberships are the only membership which requires a 3-month minimum commitment and may not be cancelled earlier than three (3) consecutive months. All cancellation notices must be emailed to [email protected] stating that you are cancelling and which membership(s) you would like to cancel. All services being cancelled must be specifically and clearly outlined in such email.
